Novu is a Bistro Bar situated next to the historical Ponce de Leon Hotel, downtown St. Petersburg- Florida, between Beach Drive and Central Avenue. A charming setting of al fresco dining surrounded by the beautiful St. Pete sights.

Novu offers a delectable selection of appetizers, entrees, charcuterie platter, salads, pasta, fresh seafood, steak, hamburger, desserts, with a small open bar stocked with an assortment of vivacious cocktails, beers, and selected Spanish, Italian, New Zealand and American wines for your enjoyment.

The freshest seasonal produce, creative presentation and simplicity of flavors are the essence for the Chef's inspiration. Attentive and discreet service is offered in a warm charming outdoor setting with string lights, planted flowers and palms, this small Bistro provides a joyful, relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

We are open Tuesday through Sunday for dinner. However, the entire venue is available at anytime to host special private events.
